Selection process for MTs (Ops/Tech/Materials/IT): Selection for Management Trainees will be based on valid GATE score and GD/Interview. For HR: Selection will be based on written test followed by interview.

Pay Scale : Selected candidates will be paid consolidated pay of Rs.30,000/- p.m for a period of One year (Training period).On successful completion of Training, regularization will be in E1 grade in the scale of pay of Rs.16400 – 40500 at the initial basic of Rs.16400/- with probation for one year. At the time of joining, selected candidates should execute a bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) to the effect to serve for a period of 03 years (excluding training period).

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non?refundable application fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of DREDGING CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD payable at Visakhapatnam.
